Eastwick and Blog Action Day

1action_728×90.jpg

Eastwick will be participating in Blog Action Day, during which over 8,000 registered bloggers around the world will post about the environment in their own way, relating to their own topic. The goal of Blog Action Day, October 15th, is to”get everyone talking towards a better future.”

What is Eastwick doing to help?
Each Eastwick blogger has been individually registered for this event and is going to publish a relevant post on October 15th. Then, for the thirty days immediately following Blog Action Day, Eastwick will make a donation to the National Wildlife Federation based on the number of pageviews generated by the posts on our blogs. The National Wildlife Federation (NWF) works to educate, inspire and assist people in conserving and restoring wildlife.

What can you do to help?
Come back and read all of our posts, because every time you click, you’re helping a great cause! If you’re a blogger, you can also help by getting involved and promoting Blog Action Day. Or, if you’re looking for other ways to help, such as donating your day’s earnings, you can find additional information at the Blog Action Day site.
