Network World: Out goes Cisco, in comes ShoreTel VoIP for the City of Oakland

On August 14, Network World’s Cisco Subnet posted a video about the city of Oakland’s recent of ShoreTel’s unified communication system. The video explains that ShoreTel was chosen for the main reasons that it is decentralized (and therefore movable in case of disaster), easy to deploy, and easy to maintain.
