myDIALS Performance Management Dashboard

mydials News: An interactive dashboard should support timely, effective operational decision making. This requires the ability to visualize relevant performance metrics in a variety of ways and identify alert conditions, as shown in the sample dashboard by the visual alert notification on the Quality Control Chart. The decision maker should be able to obtain information to help characterize performance issues, such as using the information in the Quality Control Chart to see performance “swings” or deviations from the mean, and look at trends over time as shown in the Availability and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) Trend dials. Users should be able to collaborate and share knowledge as identified by the notes symbols in the OEE by Product status dial. Intuitive controls are used to set context along multiple dimensions and time periods, and the user can interactively drill into each dial – either by dimension or by drivers to obtain detail and more actionable information.
