Scalent Systems to Bring Award-Winning Adaptive Infrastructure Software to the IBM AIX Operating System

Server Repurposing Software for IBM System p to Reduce Costs, Increase Performance for Data Center Disaster Recovery, High Availability and Test Lab / Capacity Automation Initiatives

PALO ALTO, Calif.– May 2, 2007 –Scalent Systems, the leading provider of server infrastructure repurposing software for large data centers, today announced that it will extend its award-winning V/OE software to support the IBM AIX operating system and architecture. Scalent will certify IBM’s System p line of servers, extending Scalent’s current supported processing architectures.
